Want to Vend at Brick Fan Event?

You must sell Lego or LEGO related products. Printed LEGO pieces and minifigures are ok. No clones or knock-offs allowed. All other items must be approved.

How much are tables?

For most events, the tables will be $450 per table except for our Tampa and Atlanta show.

Orlando MAY 2-3, 2026 – $475 per table

Tampa, FL AUG 9-10, 2026 – $525

Duluth, GA AUG 22-23, 2025 – $450 per table

TBD SEPT 12-13, 2026 – $450 per table

TBCL OCT 3-4, 2025 – $450 per table

TBD OCT 7-18, 2026 – $450 per table

Greenville, SC NOV 8-9, 2026 – $450 per table

Atlanta, GA FEB 6-7, 2027 – $650 per table, opens Aug 25

What do you get with a table?

  • Ability to sell at  Brick Fan Event in the vendor area assigned tables 
  • An logo on the vendor page
  • A 2′ or 2.5′ x 8′ table at the event, per table purchased
  • One (1) full vendor admissions to the Brick Fan Event show, per table purchased

What are the steps to becoming a vendor?

You need to email us at vendor@brickfanevent.com Once approved for the event an invoice will be sent. Once an invoice is paid, email us your logo for the website.

Can I share tables?

No, tables may only be used by one vendor.
